Gene expression: differential expression from a disease name
Each hit counts Expression Atlas comparisons, with the date the local index was built.
The table, the region, the gene order and the filters: 4 sections
1. Differential expression table
Columns: gene symbol, log2 fold change, adjusted p. CSV or TSV, up to 60 genes, one gene per row.
2. Region
Sets exactly one ring: regional specificity, in multiples of the gene's own median.
3. Gene order around the circle
The default is the order of your submitted table, unchanged.
4. Threshold filters optional
One per line, as
ring >= number or ring <= number, in that
ring's own units.
A threshold never drops a gene that has no data on that ring.
